ABOUT

I wasn’t always someone who questioned what was in my food or home.

For years, I followed recommendations without much thought. I trusted labels. I trusted convenience. I trusted that if something was allowed on shelves, it must be safe.

Then my health changed.

After a series of unexplained symptoms and months of waiting for answers, scans revealed a mass on my liver and gallstones embedded within it. Those months of uncertainty changed me.

While I still deeply respect modern medicine and the life-saving work it does, I began asking different questions. I started noticing patterns. Certain foods, fragrances, and chemical exposures seemed to trigger pain. My body responded when I simplified.

So we began making changes. Slowly. Thoughtfully.

We removed artificial fragrance.
We prioritized nutrient-dense food.
We supported my liver instead of overwhelming it.
We began making more at home.
We focused on resilience instead of quick fixes.

I eventually underwent a liver resection. But the deeper healing had already started long before surgery.

The Circle was born from that season.

Now, as a mother, this conviction runs deeper. I want to steward my body and my home well. I want my family to understand where food comes from. I want to build resilience instead of dependency.

The Circle is where I share what I have learned, and what I am still learning, about lowering toxic load, nourishing deeply, and returning to what matters.

You do not have to change everything at once. Just start somewhere.

What you put in comes back.
